Competition: Conditions of participation

1. organizer

The competition is organized by Salzburger Burgen & Schlösser (hereinafter referred to as the "Organiser").

2. eligibility to participate

2.1 All natural persons who have reached the age of 18 are eligible to participate.
2.2 Employees of the organizer as well as their relatives and persons who are commissioned with the implementation of the competition are excluded from participation.

3 Participation in the competition

3.1 Participation takes place by liking, commenting on or sharing the respective meta post. The exact terms and conditions of the competition can be found in the respective post.
3.2 Multiple entries by the same person will not be taken into account.
3.3 Participation is free of charge and independent of the purchase of goods or services.

4 Prize

4.1 The exact prize will be defined in the respective competition post.
4.2 The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and will not be paid out in cash.

5 Determination and notification of the winner(s)

5.1 The winner will be determined by random selection.
5.2 The winner will be notified via direct message on Instagram or Facebook within 1 day of being determined.
5.3 If the winner does not respond within 3 days of notification, the claim to the prize will expire and a replacement winner will be determined.

6 Exclusion of liability

6.1 The organizer is not liable for technical malfunctions that could affect participation in the competition.
6.2 The organizer assumes no liability for damages resulting from the acceptance or use of the prize.

7 Data protection

7.1 Participation in the competition requires the processing of personal data.
7.2 The data provided (e.g. name, contact details) will be used exclusively for the purpose of running the competition and will not be passed on to third parties.

8 Exclusion from participation

8.1 The organizer reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition in the event of a breach of these conditions of participation or attempts at manipulation.

9. premature termination of the competition

The organizer reserves the right to cancel or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice for good cause.

10 Legal recourse and applicable law

10.1 Legal recourse is excluded.
10.2 Austrian law applies exclusively.
